About the warrany
The warranty does not apply to the following situations
1. Failure or damage caused by unauthorized modification, abuse, accidents, disassembly, improper use or unauthorized repair (including but not limited to computer viruses, operating errors, liquid ingress, scratches, handling, bumps, improper plugging and unplugging, foreign objects falling, rodent damage, insect damage, etc.). Failure, damage or loss caused by third-party products, services or behaviors.
2. The appearance of the product is damaged, and the warranty label or capacity label is changed or removed. The original identification information of the product is modified, smeared or removed. The serial number label, manufacturer product number or part number label is lost, tampered or unreadable, or does not match the actual product
3. Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated or other illegal authorized software, non-standard or unpublished software Normal wear and tear. Failures and damages caused by installing, adding, or expanding accessories that are not sold, authorized, or approved by EASMT.
4. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, rainstorms, typhoons, and lightning strikes), damage caused by war, terrorist activities, nuclear accidents, and fire. Failures caused by factors other than the product itself, such as improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, insufficient or overloaded power supply voltage, improper human operation, and adverse environmental conditions.
